I wanted to buy an original Bon Bon toy and take a picture of it next to the G4 Heartstrings toy, but I didn't have $100+ to spend on a stupid joke. This is much better, thank you.

For some strange reason, long before I had actually watched an episode of My Little Pony Tales, I had the mistaken impression that the original Bonbon's personality was similar to Pinkie Pie's. After having watched Tales, I now see that I was wrong.

They really suit her. She was a likeable character in Tales too, in my opinion. I like the G4 version too, but as a background pony her personality is whatever the fans want to give her.
